Our Role Scorecard. Defines the primary accountabilities and objectives for the role while also clearly defining the priorities and the measurable results.  Kindly see the roles we have defined and the job description we are using to locate top industry candidates.

Our Role Benchmark. Our Role Scorecard establishes our ideal candidate Benchmark to ensure proper fit based on required behaviors, motivators and core skills. Team and cultural dynamics are integrated into the Benchmark to allow for objective scoring.

Our Selection Navigation. Once a pool of qualified candidates has been identified, we take the best of the candidates and match them against our benchmark.  All major attributes are measured on a red/yellow/green scale to help us decide who the best candidates are that will best be able impact the teams and the business. 

Our Results. The on-boarding of the team will take place over the next 4-6 months. Getting aligned and synchronized quickly is critical.
